Zulu189 Posted July 20, 2024 #1 Posted July 20, 2024 Hello @AleksandarG, @NikolaRa, @SanjaT I would like some clarification regarding the winner of last week's Conquer the Casino - Big Win promotion for the slot Wolf Fang: Crystal Caves. Based on the leaderboard, my bet has the highest payout for that week with $1,310.97. Although I'm ranked #2, the player in first place has a payout of ₹53,520.32, which converts to roughly 640 USD. The issue I have is that the official winner has supposedly a payout of $2,448.00, but isn't showing anywhere on the board. If someone has such a payout, how come their bet doesn't appear on the leaderboard? They should easily clear all the other payouts and be ranked first. That's a big issue because I invested and lost money to get first place, only to be beat by an invisible bet that doesn't show up anywhere. What is the point of a leaderboard if it doesn't reflect the actual ranking? I asked live support for the bet ID of the winner, but they said they couldn't provide one. Also, while talking with support, they mentioned that the reason I didn't win first place is because they award the player with the biggest PROFIT, and not PAYOUT. That is also an issue because nowhere on the promotion page does it mention anything about PROFIT. There's obviously a big difference between profit and payout. Profit = Payout minus bet size Payout = Total payout regardless of bet size First of, could you please provide a bet ID of the official winner so we can confirm they ranked first for that week? Could you also explain how come their bet doesn't appear on the leaderboard? Secondly, could you please confirm whether we're looking at the total payout or profit for the Big Win section of the promotion? If the biggest profit is the winner, you should really change the wording for the promotion page as it's extremely misleading. Thank you!

I shit you not, exactly the same happened to me a while back also. They claimed I got pushed out of the leaderboard, while unable to provide betID for any of those pekuliar timed mystery bets that lead to me getting nothing. I suspected BS, but was ignored ultimately. I also suspected I wasn't the only one that has experienced similar shenanigans.

Unfortunately, due to our Privacy policy, we cannot provide you with other user's bet ID. We can assure you that results are correct. When we are checking winners for any Promotion, we use program which is designed specifically for that. It provides us with all relevant information such as bet amount at the exact moment of placing the bet, date/time, and similar. Regarding your question about profit/payout, it seems that there was a misunderstanding here. Site will show ranking by highest profit, but promotion prizes are based on the highest payout, which we get from our program. Best regards, Sanja

Is there any way you can explain why the winner's bet doesn't show up on the leaderboard? I've won this promo dozens of times and my bet is on the leaderboard every single time. You have to understand, from a player's perspective this is highly suspicious. You cannot provide us with a bet ID (even though all bets are public on the website and bet ID's are posted for other promotions like The Multiplier Race) and the winner's bet is nowhere to be found. A little bit more transparency would do wonders to give confidence of the legitimacy of such promotions within the player base. It's kind of painful to miss out on a 3,200 USD prize because of a phantom bet. Thanks!
