Why is my post being moved to appeals?

I didn't appeal for anything 

Just asked if this way of speech is allowed in stake?

Mod muted a guy for saying " Shut the f up"

But wishing d3ath is brushed off and he is still in the chatroom

The guy got muted by @AleksandarDo  for saying " Shut the f up " to a mod but since  govee isn't a mod , is it okay to wish d3ath and be offensive  and use the r word?
