Personally, helping people is my obsession. Directing people and making them learn new things or just simply chatting with them makes me happy.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

Providing an environment that is safe, warning and muting offensive behaviour and other unwanted types of behaviour (begging, spamming, religious content, personal information sharing etc.)

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I'm a well known asset to the community with lots of friends inside so I know the behaviors most people tend to repeat and as the moderator, it will be easier to provide a fair playground for everyone. Currently, I see unfair behaviour from our mods, and I will most surely provide a better environment from the one we are in. I'm also fluid in English so a communications issue between us won't ever be a problem, and I can manage people talking English or German in our chat. One of my biggest priorities will be our communities mental health.

I have been muted 2 times before, once I tried to send my replay from another site and I couldnt copy the replay link and another link which included the site name was in my clipboard, so I got muted the first time. Second one is a misunderstanding, I lost so much I jokingly said 'Enough, I will jump out of the window if I lose any more hahaha' and I didn't realize how serious of an issue that is. As a mod, one of my priorities will be taking the mental health of our community seriously and getting adequate resources out to those in need.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I have been leading multiple guilds on multiple online games, World of Warcraft (Leaderboard ranking Guild leader), League of Legends (customer support), multiple casino support jobs and I was a chat moderator on csroll.com and rollbit.com.

All my days are active days and my screen time daily is around 15-16 hours. Since my work requires me to have so much screen time, I'm hoping the time I spend online will also be beneficial for the community that has given so much to me. I would like to better the community I'm also in.
