didn’t received any birthday bonus

yesterday was my birthday and i didn’t received any birthday bonus from stake even though i have completed every criteria they require for the bonus then too

There are 2 birthdays, our real birthday and the other birthday is the age of our Stake account, for the real birthday all users can be eligible to receive a bonus if we are verified some time before our birthday and on the other birthday the age of our Stake account, I understand that only platinum rank 4+ users who already have a host can receive a bonus.

yes i am talking about my real birthday and i am plat 1 so i guess i am eligible for the bonus right ?

It was given thru email before. Now, You have to message them directly in Live Support and they'll credit you in your vault.
