Deposit not recived on my stake I'd

Guys I had deposited 20k to my stake account on 8th of this month in my banking app it's showed payment successful but here in stake they said due to service issue we couldn't process ur money and they said me to wait for 7days after 7day they again told me to wait for 7more days now they r telling me to wait for 14 day from yesterday what should I do now any one

Support Team needs to pick this up. 

If they dont. You probably wont see the money back.
