my account in withdrawal mode only

hey i need help guys...

i mailed to support team regarding my failed transaction deposit refund...but yesterday [email protected] blocked my email and my stake account as well...now i m unable to place bet nor can withdraw my fund even its in withdrawal mode.. live support is useless..there is no way to talk with them...unless mail them.. and now i don't have way to contact them.. i mail them with my secondary mail but they say to contact them with register mail..i told them that had mailed with my register mail more then 3,4 times but i not getting any response after my account placed in only withdrawal mode..thats why i'm contacting with my secondary mail.. now i'm hopeless and helpless..how to contact with support team..

i did once regarding my deposit failed transaction refund but my complaint got rejected..
