Codebanned, only claimed 15 dollar over last 3 months. 150k wager.

Got codebanned after only claiming 15 dollars the last 3 months and over 150k wager and the response i got from support was

Please know that you're still able to claim all other bonuses, it's just bonus drops that are currently disabled for your account.

The good news is they will be available again for you in 7 days.

To avoid this happening again we'd recommend increasing gameplay versus the number of drops being claimed."

then i said i still dident understand becouse 150k for 15 dollars dont seem to much??

this was the response "These restrictions are set up by our team in charge, and the only information we have is the one I have already mentioned."

I then asked to talk to someone who could answer me more in detail, this was the response

"Sadly, there is no one else that you can contact, and your restrictions cannot be removed until they expire, which is in 7 days."

wtf is this?? I thought the codebans was to stop the instant claiming bots not normal people..

Is skemmy af. I never had this, but now i wagered 300k+ this week, i suddenly am blocked.

This is the second time i wagered this much, which is allot for me. I wont wager a penny here anymore, such shady tricked never got pulled at me in any casino. And support nor host cannot even give me the reason why. And thats it, i should just accept that? 

I cannot longer play on a platform that acts this way, stake prob dont care at all, but im out of here. I wont depo a penny nor wager anything from now, there are plenty of alternatives, who dont act shady and skemmy and treating customers like shit.

I leveled up to plat 4 yesterday, and get this as reward, good job stake!

And all this bla bla about its to prevent bots catching the drops. 

Like if bots wager enough to grab the 200k drops etc.

I dont use a bot, i fairly spend allot of money to wager and levelup, and they just banned me. Still cant believe they not even can give a reason, and people prob accept this and go on playing here. 

If they tell lies about this, what else is a lie? Which prove do we have there are the amount of claims on drops, they tell us?

And basically everything can be doubt whatever comes out the mouth of stake, cause this 'bot prevention' is def a lie. And we wont get even a fake reason why they do it lol.

Being someone who goes down to 0 a lot this scares me lol. Ive just started claiming codes so i hope i dont run into this. Ive seen a lot of people in chat mention being code banned.

Come on. Have you not watched what's happened over the last couple years. The codes are instantly gone because they are leaked - there is no doubt about it. Everyone expects the weekly drops to go fast, but they don't, not (instant). But the telegram ones are pre-planned by marketing and somewhere there is a leak to either/both - bots and 'friends'.

The new 'ban' system was never intended for bots. It's intended to remove legit players from getting them. Just like the level 2 kyc and such. The casino has gone to total shit and I'm personally done with depos here until either a VIP bonus hits or I get one of those nifty 1-5k emails asking me to come back - and then I would still highly consider to never depo.

Sometimes they say the code doesn't exist .. it's unfair because if wager the requirements u suppose to get the bonus ... If u r fast to claim these it's not ur problem.
