ashsssinc Posted August 2, 2024 #1 Posted August 2, 2024 Got a $1 reload for 28 days with 0 additional gameplay bonus for plat 2. Anyone knows why? Everyone I have talked to has gotten 20x more in reloads. Was the same case for Plat 1 too.

Yeah maybe it covers just your recent game play...or the wins/wagers/loses ...not clear ...but when I made it to Platinum III from Platinum II i received almost INR 2780 for 42 days (US$ 33)...i don't remember the bonus/reloads when I cleared another level prior to this,., And to be honest I played very rashly, wagered a lot and took huge risks...my choice of game was "Dice"

Moe_stake Posted August 6, 2024 #23 Posted August 6, 2024 Probably you wagered without a negative pnl, on plat 2 I was down alot. I got 812$ in total reloads, 400$ level up and 604$ recent game play. I asked support so they sent me an additional 500$. (Was low for my loss, but that's how casino's work, u lose u get some back, u don't lose, u get nothing).
