My question is: How is the wager calculated for monthly like from 1st July to 31st July or since the time I joined? OR If it is announced every 5th, then is it considered from 5th of previous month to 5th of current month?

It counts the previous 30 day gameplay, or from the previous monthly if its more than 30 days. Usually it is released around middle of each month.

Also, I am completely new but does birthday also has different bonuses?

Yeah on some occasions it might come earlier or later but its not set on stone If you mean your own birthday, as long as you have verified Level 2 KYC, you are eligible to receive birthday bonus through email.
