Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I spend a lot of my time on Stake and always in the Finnish chat, and wish to keep the chat pleasant for the finnish community. Also as I am active in the chat I believe I can do a good job at it.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

I think, a long time (a few years) ago I was muted in the English speaking chat for "rain-farming", and back when the Finnish chat opened I was muted once for commenting on rains from the rain-bot.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I am a moderator in 2 Discord servers, one of which is the Eddie's weekly stream Discord server where he chooses winners for the bonus buys on stream. I have done some work on there with one of the current Finnish chat moderators on the bots and such.

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

I already do 😁. Yes, definitely. I spend a lot of time in the Finnish chat and that is not likely to change.

I've been muted a few times for chat jumping and once I accidentally shared a bonus code in chat. I have since read the rules carefully and this will not happen in the future :)!

Moderators job is to keep the chat "clean" and make sure the users are following chat rules and also help new users, this is to keep the community nice and clean so everyone can enjoy their time on our Finnish chat community.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I spend a lot of time in Finnish chat and i want to improve our community, we already have two nice and hard working moderators but sometimes they are not online so another eye to monitor our community chat is always better and i think i can bring a lot to the table due to my high activity.

Yes, and i am not proud of it, have been muted few times during 2 years of my active chatting.

But this is something that i can fix. Especially as moderator you need to follow all rules more than anyone else.

I feel like i'm good fit for this enlistment. I don't take anything personally, so I ensure calm and equal judgment.

And of course to maintain a positive and comfortable atmosphere.

I recall once, i accidentally copy pasted Eddies stream code to the chat. Accidents happen.

+ recently got muted for low chat quality for 6 hours.

To ensure safety of the people in the chat room and make sure that the set limits, rules and playing stays fun and within rules.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I have a lot of free time now, when my work is on indeterminate break. I have also seen some cases where mods haven't been aware of the situation,and taken wrong actions to end those. Regarding that, these cases are still being a laughing stock within the finnish community.

I have received a couple mutes within the 7 years of playing at stake.com.

I haven't done moderating jobs at online, but I think that, more importantly the thrive and will to learn new things is going to be key on this job.  Despite that, I have also worked with customers almost every day of my working career, so being under rules, supervision and pressure isn't going to be problem. I enjoy new challenges and I hope this will be the next one.

Moderator has big purpose on the chat, such as interacting with others and reminding about the rules, if someone is not following the rules, after 3 -5 reminders/warnings. I will personally give them a mute. I dont like to be harsh on people, but if things get too far, I am not hesitating to take immediate action. 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I would like to be in this position because I want to be interacting with the chat and also would love to be part of the moderation team. I am true and loyal supporter of stake.com.

The job of a moderator is to enforce Stake's chat rules, providing a pleasant, welcoming and safe experience for everyone, help out the chatters with answering questions or guiding them in the right directions if the moderator doesn't have the tools to assist them further with their problem, being quick to react to new events, find solutions and always have the chatters/customers leaving Stake satisfied and fulfilled, be available always as moderating 1 chatroom isn't a difficult task and lastly, a moderator should care for the community and the people that gives you the opportunity to be a moderator for them.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I grew up in Scandinavia, most of my life in Finland. I went to school in Finland and I'm fluent in Finnish. I've been a moderator/administrator online since 2017 and worked with customer service since 2019, worked my way up to a district manager in real life. I love the opportunity Stake gives to people to make a living off their website, I love the transparency from the owner down to the website, I love the structure of the website itself and honestly, everything about Stake. Every time I'm on Stake, it's always fun and enjoyable memories when I'm on Stake, from gambling with my friends and seeing their crazy reactions to sitting in my chair alone just watching the funny chatters having fun or winning big. I'm passionate about the website's growth and want to help improve it little by little in terms of any way possible and can't wait to start doing that with 1 chatroom then 2, 3, 4 and everything else that I would be needed for as I love learning and working 24/7 to make what is already shining, shine brighter.

I started my first official moderator job back in 2017 as a global moderator for Evo on Twitch. Before that, around 2016, I was moderating for small Twitch streamers on Twitch. In 2018 I got introduced to Discord and become a server moderator for a small YouTuber at the time, he has around 170K subscribers as of me writing this, I'm now, and have been his server manager since 2019/2020. In 2021 I became a server administrator for another small Discord server, it's now at 50K server members and steadily growing every day, I'm their server manager now and have been since around 2022.

Yes, I'm prepared to work at nighttime, daytime, anytime. Whenever, wherever and ready to prove myself to be more useful than just being a moderator if I get this opportunity.
