Please Help Me..

I am feeling very stressed

Account not login . I have not received email on password.

only one message show(Sorry, you cannot currently do this. Please contact support for further assistance.)

My account has been disabled, this is weird since i self-excluded about ago and suddenly my account has been disabled. I went on to check if i can collect my weekly boost but it seems i can't even log in. Any help or clarification to why my account was disabled is appreciated.  (
