Stake Being Sketchy??

So I made 2 withdrawals earlier today (1 for $180 another for $270). Both of those withdrawals were made 7 hours ago now, on XRP Network. 

 

Though today, XRP withdrawals have been down for some odd reason. I get it, technical difficulties happen, we get that. But when you’re told to wait 24 hours for them to provide you with a TXID of your withdrawal, it gets weird. 

 

Today, the ONLY crypto that’s fairly mainstream that went UP, not DOWN, is XRP. As seen in the screenshot below. 

 

Why is Stake not able to cancel these withdrawals and recredit/resend then in another cryprocurrency so us, customers, don’t have to suffer with an error on their end. 

 

Makes no sense at all. Stake, Fix this XRP problem, or give us that are waiting some sort of compensation. Thanks.
