No reply from stake support being 24 hrs for claiming the code

Yesterday I  claimed 12/20 codes that were dropped on a YouTuber telegram . Because of this I got banned for claiming and no reply is comming from stake . 
my post are getting deleted because of this . I created more then 2 post saying this exact same thing

Hi again,

As I have previously explained to you, support will get back to you as soon as possible. They are currently overwhelmed with tickets, because the users are constantly opening new tickets, and that just prolongs the response time.

you are right sir customer support are awesome on stake and they don't disappoint me.
