Stake mods and support being unhelpful

I was trying to post something regarding a mute appeal and the mods wont even allow me to address the situation.... I'd add more context but I'd also like to see what the people say

It can get pretty hectic in the chat given the amount of people that are chatting in there, and also sometimes things online can get misinterpreted and come across the wrong way. I wouldn’t take it to heart.

nah dude u r absolutly wrong ...i never ever accept this thing that mods and support staff is un help full .. i can prove this .. they are best😍 mods and staff...i have ever seen ...till now...i got several times muted for begging...and when i know about how to appeal .i tried it...and found very polite and supportive mods ...they told me where i m wrong so i accept my mistake and promise them to never do those things again...and from till now i m not mute ..love you Mods and support staff i respects all of u from my bottom of my heart...

It depends on mod some mod are great and some even don't care and busy to mute accounts.

yes u can say this but if we are in our limits they are not mad they wont mute us if we try to be in our limts .

I've had this same issue.  In spite of being Platinum VI now, I still don't get much support.  Further, I've been banned from the Discord channel since I made Platinum II for asking a couple of learning questions and receiving condescending replies from the moderator...enough times that morning during Eddie's stream that I finally said, "Go F*&k yourself." to the moderator and got banned!
