try to change bet size or tile number. Sometimes keno dont want to hit anything but if you change placement/tile count it could hit 400x or 270x

Idk i never bet on 500x but when im doing it almost every time i hit it on same sesion. So. Idk bro, maybe it depends on how much spins you make on One single sesion?
