Moderators and rains ?

Not having received a single rain for 3 weeks, despite being well above the waggering requirements and being active in the chat without spamming, I wonder if a moderator can shadow ban you from receiving rains.

 

According to support it's all random, but looking closely day in day out at who receives constant rains, I have some serious reservation as to the alleged randomness of the process. Any additional infos/experience  welcomed.

I bet a lot of money. I’m active. I don’t spam. I’m a clean user. It’s a restriction that you’re using stake to scam your customers. Support lies all the time, there is no solution. It’s embarrassing that they don’t even inform users about a restriction or give reasons. I will seriously think about going back to another casino, many things that seem very rare to me in this site

The problem of rain is very easy to solve and they always take the worst possible plan or decision.  The only thing they want is to lose customers and that this casino comes to an end 

 

You can increase the wagered requirement or edit the range of people who can receive rain. That would help to solve the problem.  The solution is to limit users who live betting and give you money with their bet. It’s a joke. Also limit bonuses. What is the basis? There is no, there is no explanation. There are no arguments. Customer service is a disaster. Everything absolutely wrong

 

By the way this restriction came to me and I do not get rain 22 days ago. It is an absolute joke

It's the sheer feeling of being despised and conned that is unbearable.If you ever contest a moderator there is no recourse as the same person who muted you deals with your complaint in absolute dishonesty.
