Luck and Bankroll "Flopping"

Inspired by chat and the world cup and along the lines of the Typology of Begging (link below) I've coined a new term for what I see in chat a lot and wanted to get everyone's feedback!

Luck and Bankroll Flopping.  As you know "flopping" in football is acting massively injured as a result of any collision with another player in hopes of drawing a penalty on the other team.  In chat luck or bankroll flopping is commenting on how poorly you are doing when you're really not doing that badly.

Some examples:

a. Posting "busted" or it's new equivalent "grrrr" after losing a few faucet drips.  This would be bankroll flopping, the chatter is attempting to evoke sympathy without having suffered any real loss.  This is very different than say losing a deposit.

b. Posting "omg, 277 straight reds" when they are betting x999.  This is luck flopping, the chatter is suggesting they are having poor luck when it's really in no way surprising they have had those losses.

I certainly have no objection to people posting about how they are doing in chat, that's obviously the point of it, but it seems some complain excessively about how poorly things are always going for them.  So much I've started to wonder if we're seeing a lot of flopping.  What do you think?
