7 days claiming code ban reason

Can someone explain me exactly what stake support mean. Please check in below pictures. 

And please kindly explain to me. 

How I will avoid not to get ban from that?

yes, for me tg code drops banned was last july during stake's pre bday wherein code drops was like 3 to 4 codes a day ..everytime i claim it say you are not eligible to claim..so i got nothing🙂

Don't claim too many codes in a week, especially at weekdays!

Same thing has happened to me multiple times and no, there is not a reason listed in the email and no point in reaching out to support because despite the generic reason they give it you prove that it happened after you claimed little to no drops they say they are not sure why and it is handled in another department and they cannot do anything to help.

How is everyone so fast claiming codes?? Never been able to get one before it reaches the drop limit

I think it depends on how much you deposit, wager and profit.
At the end of the day it's sad because you should always be allowed to get drops etc..
