They are using their money on advertising for examplr . Paying Andrew Shultz pod cast Flagrant . They are spending too much on marketing and paying famous ppl because other companies are catching up,  they want to be relevant I. N The next 5 years , .. u will see less bonuses and more high rollers that they cater too, us small fish they don’t care .. it’s the big baggers they trying to get .
