On what basis are we regular users getting these emails of 7 days ban?

This Is the 2nd time I have received an email saying my account has been updated and that I will not be ale to claim any drops for the next 7 days.

I clearly remember, @Edward had mentioned this is to fight the bots who claim the codes but why am I a regular player who never claims any drops from stake telegram channel only so that I can claim the drops during the weekly stream gets banned.

When I ask the support they say " the reason is mentioned in the email" - No there is no reason mentioned other than saying It is an "update". 

@Edward I wager on an average 10000 to15000 USD a week and never claimed any telegram drops, your support team or the backend team who sends out these emails should be more transparent on what exactly is the reason to give these bans.

These codes are not the reason I wager but will not deny they are an added benefit and a motivation to do this much gameplay every week.

If the criteria is clearly defined, actual user (not bots) can be careful as to not break any rules and avoid the ban.

I would really appreciate IF not you personally someone else from your support team can give me a valid reason for this "update/ban" to my account.

They are now clearly using unjustified penalties to force out old players while aggressively recruiting new players. For example, previous VIP hosts are required to meet a minimum weekly turnover, the budget for weekly original event bonuses in regional chat rooms has been canceled, and players are prohibited from claiming codes and raindrops, and other similar rewards.

I think it's a rotation coz there are lots of user in stake in 2024 many people didn't manage to claim codes due to traffic 🤔 so don't worry about this soon this gonna fix and next week its your chance to claim codes 😉 goodluck for weekly aswell people

i heard a from a lot of people that since the last week , that they were declained from collecting bonus drops .
but i think there is no reason to ban anyone for claiming bonus drops .. 
if u got enough wager u have to be able to claim the drops otherwise i dont know while these people play on youre site anymore , if there is nothing you can reach for playing ..

i think if you exceed a certain number of bonus claims in a week. u will be banned for 7 days so others get opportunity to claim
