I am Plat 3 on Stake so I would hope that I get included in as many bonuses as I can. I haven’t received any promotional emails from Stake since May (The date I made my account) 

I do not know how Post / Pre Monthly etc is dispersed, via email, twitter, telegram etc, but I’d believe email.

I have never received my monthly bonus via email either, I have to go to the Stake VIP Telegram Channel to claim my monthly & weekly bonus. 
 

I have already went on Support in Stake about this and have received no help from them regarding this so I have turned to this community instead. Many thanks.

Same here brother ,

i tried to talk to them if they missing me or something but they have the same response,

Plat 3 have deposits of 4k every month and never had an email

Had this problem since january this year. Nobody told me anything but after long battle with support they finally told me that marketing team decided to stop sending any emails to me but i can still use any bonus if i can find the link on my own. Looks like you have the same situation.

Seems like we’re flushing our money away on a site that doesn’t care about us ;)

What kind of fairness is that even. I have $1M wagered, $16k loss this month but oh, I have to find the bonus links myself. LOL

If this is for US, the same thing happened to me, but what i found out was that the button that lets them send me emails had been unchecked automatically at some point. Not sure if you're would be as simples as checking that box, but hope you figure it out.
