Unnecessary entitlement and mute by mods

This has happened a lot of times now, the mods are offended for no reason. I received rain and just commented Wow thanks rainbot I love you. That's it. DOes this really deserve a mute?

This was so unnecessary, there should be a mechanism to challenge their decision and that should be taken by someone else. This is just sad. I do a lot of giveaways on my channel and instagram so mute is specially upsetting to me for such trivial reason. 
Also nowhere in the rules does it say I cannot say something about rain bot. 

I never had this problem with English chat or Challenges room, The Indian mods are seriously biased.

I can't say anything in the Portuguese chat anymore, I'm persecuted too, this is annoying and regrettable, you have to understand that the extension of a country or language follows several different lines of expressions in speech and writing, not everything is 100% what is said, there is figurative speech to the meme, where things said are not literally what was said, but rather a figurative way, enough of that, not to mention that it is exclusively for people who for some reason are not welcome to appear.

@DOT2314My case is to textualize my figurative speech related to something other than money and be changed for money reasons, as if I were asking, the phrase was (take advantage and pay those 2 there) the speech in a figurative way I expressed myself to a physical characteristic of a woman, I said this to a friend in the chat, and I was muted for 5 days for the reason of asking for money.

Yeah this is too much even its written in rules u can say thanks and appreciate how things work mods should also use sense and shouldnt mute for silly reason..this is how many mods don't let u to stay in positive 😊 same thing happens to me aswell they don't use sense they provoke like this and we go negative and rec mute as being loyal

@iezzy94 @AleksandarG @SanjaT i was a new user talking of maybe 2 or 3 weeks after i did subscription to stake and was bronze VIP i was going around in rooms just for curiosity and not breaking any rules. i was talking in the specific language of the room so didnt break any rules. did the same exactly thing that you did. i recived one rain in polski room and just thanked rainbot. a user checked me to moderator and i won a life time ban. nothing to do about it iv done 4 appels and all ways same moderator replyed closing my appel and gived me extra 1 week ban here on commmunity saying i was rain farming in chat and spamming on here. iv explained that i was new and didnt know anything about rainfarming and sinceraly i was not collecting 2$ rain. i am muted from the 27 of july and now i am vip platinum II wagered 505k in less than 1 month. he really thinks i wagered with rain? they mute people to keep more rain for them self.iv allsow posted screenshot of is not fair talking using bad words insulting people and muting other people for no plausible reason. id like a community manager and not the moderator that muted me becouse iv tryed and tryed to talk but no reason listened, to review my situation and see if they can please remove my ban.

I totally agree, everything has two sides to the story, let's be more cautious in the decision, there are real rule breakers and there are figurative things, where common sense must be used to understand, it's not just about changing, we are financially harmed for trivial reasons.

This post will soon either be deleted will be made private by the MODs so noone can see what is happening with the users. You can appeal but noone listens and in the end you will be muted permanently from the chat as if we depended on the rain to wager the half a million till now I am on platinum too and was muted just for sharing bet slips and they termed it as low quality chat.

@Eddie You should really look into this, If a lot of your users are feeling this way then there is serious need to improve your community man. I have referred over 110 people to Stake. Many of them feel mods are doing way too over. There should be a cap to how much a moderator can mute. Saying positive things like Thank you shouldn't warrant punishment. Even google rewarded the lady who always said thank you at the end of her search.. This is absolutely insane.

Same here bro.

I was mute yesterday in the middle of rainbot tipping. I was tipped by rainbot many Times yesterday and they mute me because I thank the rainbot for tipping me. You can even get mute by typing in English, how shallow is that . Not all of us Indians can speak Hindi.

I am also affected by unreasonable mute. I think Mods in India channel are exhausted handling lot of people behaving nasty and people like us are getting affected because of this act.

 

@SanjaT I am genuinely saying that situation in India channel is worst. Every 2nd person begs or do nasty things.

People like us are imapacted. I dont blame MODS however we are impacted
