manofsteel Posted August 25, 2024 #1 Posted August 25, 2024 India is a diverse country with a rich tapestry of languages. In the Indian chat on Stake, only Hindi is currently allowed, and using English results in being muted. However, it’s important to recognize that India is not just a Hindi-speaking nation; there are many other languages spoken here. I’m from South India and I only know Kannada and English. If someone like me doesn’t know Hindi, they naturally resort to English. Therefore, I urge you to reconsider the current rules. People who don’t know Hindi should be able to communicate in other languages such as English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and more. India’s linguistic diversity should be respected, and I hope you address this issue soon.
