1500 USDT Stuck for over 3 months

Hey I started playing on stake like 3 months ago and I didn't knew anything about stake before I thought it's just simple crypto casino to play and deposit but after my 3rd deposit I got stuck and they asked me for verifications and I tried to submit many times but they keep rejecting it and I have no options left to complaints everywhere I can because it's not winning money but I deposited $1200 from my wallet and they literally holding my money. 

Isn't crime as they hold my own $1200 usdt? Please help me guys I will give more details information. 

I don't knew about this but stake diamond player on telegram helping me in this and guide me.

I will tag admins if they can help just to withdraw my own $1200 usdt nothing more I will not gamble or play in stake.
