Hello ,

I'm only looking for some opinions answer to my stupid screw up.

So yesterday I deposited 200GBP worth of ETH but I used Arbitrum network witch I didn't know is not supported by stake wallets.

I contacted support with all the details needed to recover the tokens ,but I got the following answer.

1st reply

Hello there,

Unfortunately, I need to inform you that we are unable to recover your tokens, due to the fact they are sent via unknown protocol, and contract address cannot be verified.

Please be more careful in the future when it comes to deposits and always deposit via the network we support.

If something changes in the future and we are in a situation where we can recover tokens you sent, we will reach out to you and inform you about that.

Hello.

As cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, they can neither be cancelled nor reversed once initiated.

Please be more careful in the future and always check coin, network, and amount when sending your coins.

Once again, I'm really sorry that this has happened to you and I wish we could've done more.

This is the reply from the Stake finance team, my question is is there anything else that can stake do to recover the tokens?

From what I know if the address that I've sent it to is correct the tokens could be recovered or am I wrong?
