How Code Banning Actually Works

Despite how it was marketed as "fighting bots and farmers", code bans don't work like that at all. Since it was implemented a while back, my account has been code limited several times, and every time it was right after big wins that put me in profit for the week or month.

The system automatically detects when you're in profit and if you're claiming even a modest number of codes, you get put on code ban very quickly. My most recent bans:

1. Did some stupid shit on originals and won a bunch. Code banned 3 times that month almost back to back to back.

2. Most recently, won a couple thousand doing sports bets. Got code ban email that same night.

 

Everyone I've talked to has had similar experiences. It has nothing to do with using bots or min wagering to abuse codes. If you're up a decent amount and claiming codes, you will get code banned. And it will continue until you're in loss again.

100% was down week or two ago and claimed I think 40 codes that week because it was some promo ans nothing at all...for sure it seems to be based on profit ,loss

just keep winning in that case rather than rushing the fastest to claim those code drops and fully claimed in secs😉

Also if you claim too many codes over the weekdays, there is a big chance you might get ban and stake will email you at exactly the day of Eddie's stream which is Saturday ! This Strategy i think will also prevent all the play safe players to deposit more and will not be dependent to bonus codes!

Today I got blocked from claiming codes for the third time and as @Grarg says, it is because I am in profit, I was blocked couple weeks ago aswell and I was also in profit that week, claimed in total 11 drops only in last 2 weeks. 

Now they will just make me play more on the other site again, good job Stake, this is working out very well for you! 👍🏻 @Edward

You must have done poorly just before. If you stay in profit week after week, the ban will happen.

If you're down thousands, you can claim infinite codes and nothing will happen to you.
