so i wagered 68k in 1 week  , lost 6400$ 

at least i should get back 600$ as lossback 

 

im talking about offer from support or something , not the typical weekly or monthly , or maybe stake doesnt do that

The only "lossback" you'll see here is when you'll achieve Plat4 and get a VIP host. Other that that at your current rank you can only hope for decent weekly bonus or monthly bonus.

If you dont have a VIP host, you dont get lossback.

And when you do have a VIP host, they're mostly useless anyway.

Nope they dont give nothing. I lost thousands of dollara but my host always has same respond. No bonus.

Hi,

Contacting support and asking them for "lossback" is not a completely correct solution, since we do not have such a system. As a Silver VIP player, you will receive bonuses such as monthly bonuses, weekly bonuses, etc. 

You may be able to ask for "lossback" once you reach Platinum 4 status and receive VIP host, but at this time this is not possible at your current rank.
