When sports odds are in delay Is possibile to claim a refund of the best placed?

No it's not possible I think you only get refund if bets are declared void

Unfortunately no. i had to experience this many times and there's nothing that can be done. I have faced the same issur many times not only at stake but other major sites as wells.
