well i been playing online poker for 16 years and i made a lot of money out of it it until it stop..less people were playing and the dealing technology improve like 10 fold.

TBH i am not playing any games as usual unless ist for money...i saw a thread on 2+2 about people saying the players are better and that's why they can't win anymore..it make laugh so much

Stake poker is like any other platform. You'll have your donkeys tht try to bully n bluff their wau thru till someone calls it n wipes their stack out. Youll have your fish who dont kno how to play n make bad plays n dump their chips to the donks. Youll have your players who play strategically & either make it toward the end or get outdrawn by the most sick rivers... its give n take on any online platform & irl location. Jus easier for the people who shouldnt play to be at the tables online unfortunately.

as the players pool growth , i agree ist like anything else because for the most part these guys are casino players up to make sick gamble so it can be really juicy at times.

i am not trying any new software, new games, new sites... I've tried some clubs, re-opened old accounts...in the end I've wasted time and money..i don't think I can get a premium spot , everybody running's better than me and 99% of them are losing overall, shit doesnt make sense.....btw I don't recommend joining the link you posted

the average beginner, casual players, the regs are still the same as they were 10 20 years ago..of course, the good ones got a lot better...but the average real time game IQ is still the same ist just sad that we have to play live to uncontestably beat it clean

Totally feel you, man. Online poker has evolved big time — from fishy lobbies to razor-sharp grinders and AI-level plays. It’s not that the game got worse, it’s just the edge got thinner and the players got smarter.The “easy money” era is kinda over unless you’re super sharp or catching soft tables. But hey, respect for the 16-year grind — that’s some OG status right there. Stake still has potential if you approach it with a new mindset — maybe focus on value spots, play GTO, or mix it up with a little entertainment value.Just don’t expect 2010-style profits in 2025.
