Forgetting the code you've signed up with

So I'm just curious why some of my buddies are able to see which creator code they used upon signing up with stake.us , once they go to their settings. 

Im fully verified and even upon speaking with 2 of the 3 vip hosts I've been assigned since joining in April 2023 , none of them  can tell me which code I used when signing up, as well as support. But they can tell me the letter of the name/word I used begins with but can't disclose which code I actually used. Yes I am in the wrong not remembering which code I used , but I originally signed up in April of 2023, but actually played maybe 2-3 times with a Daily dollar but never deposited or actually played seriously until November 2023, and a month later was able to wager over 10 million and go gold vip all the way to Platinum 5 in just 5 hours one session in December. And after becoming familiar with the site and how things work, so many creators or affiliates (including myself) offer some incentive, or money back depending on activity or wager amounts. So of course I went to double check and my area is blank in my settings but like I've mentioned above, support and 2 hosts confirm I used a code and it's active on my account, but can only tell me it starts with an S , and I can ask them and guess but can't disclose due to rules in the TOS, which I can't find anywhere. If anyone knows how to help me PLEASE help me out.
