Pre- and post-monthly are myth

I never see pre or post monthly from last 2 months and even if we get pre monthly then their is no post monthly and if we get post monthly then their is no pre monthly can anyone clarify this....

Thank you for expressing your interest about this topic. 

Pre and Post-monthly are additional bonuses, not mandatory ones.
The company keeps the right to decide is it gonna be one or more additional bonuses in the current month.
