Language rules in Stake Chat

What languages are allowed in Stake: India chatroom? As India is a diverse country and does not have any official language. One language cannot be imposed on people coming from different region. How do we communicate if we don’t know Hindi? Because a rogue mod gave me warning to use Hindi or get banned.

Yes I have also faced this situation 

I'm from the south side of India

I'm a mallu from kerala I also get muted for this issue

I got 2 days...plz remove my mute if u can this is a request ... because not only all indians are using Hindi as their language..there are several languages in india 😊👍

and using English is prohibited there. I want to know if there is any rule to use Hindi only in India chat?
