7 days in the world of crypto? You won't hear anything from them...

Never got one email, plat 1, blow hundreds a week and this past week has been absolute trash. Still no email. But congrats on getting it!

I had the same problem, in the beggining the support was simply shutting me off, saying that i didnt have any available bonuses and they were already closing the ticket. But i insisted, asked for the email adress of the person i was talking with to send him the email i received offering me the bonus, he gave me the email adress, i sent the proof and then the guy told me he would escalate my ticket to the marketing team and it would take a couple hours for them to answer, but as soon as he had an answer he would message me (never did) . I waited for about 14 hours and didnt hear a word about it, so i opened another ticket and asked for an answer again, this time support checked and the marketing team gave them the permission to deposit the 50 bucks in my vault. You cant trust what stake says, they feel too comfortable backing down on their word.
