Unable to Withdraw from Local Currency on Stake (Canada)

Hi everyone,

I've been using stake for some time now, and have previously made all my deposits via local currency. Randomly, a few days ago, every time I tried to make a deposit, I get the following message:

Additionally, my withdrawals are all getting bounced and showing as "failed"

 

When I message the support team about this, they give me the following message every time: "Your transactions are unfortunately being rejected by the payment provider due to their own rules and regulations." I have friends who use Stake who are having no problem depositing and withdrawing, so I am getting worried as to what is happening and why I am unable to deposit or withdraw.

I have also contacted the payment provider (Payper), and they are telling me to speak with the Merchant (Stake).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
