ridiculous ban

Greetings. About 5 minutes ago I received an e-mail saying that you will not be able to use the code for 7 days. How ridiculous is this?

I'm at a loss of 130 dollars a week and I've only used a 1$ code 1-2 times.

Is there any explanation for this ban?

Claiming the daily code is a trap and I don't know if this is true or not, I have just heard something that if you claim more than 15 or exactly 15 codes in a week,  stake will automatically ban you for 7 days!

that's not true... i claim many codes from their telegram channel. Probably at least 4x a day

It only bans you when you are kind of "inactive".

In a week last month I wagered a ton and I claimed 40-50 codes ( stream, highroller drop 3x a day, stake bday codes) and never got banned because I was more than active.

Have you recently leveled up? Cause you didnt show bonuses in the picture, my guess is that you have a lot of bonuses compared to wager and losses and thats why you got the email. With that said I think its sad stake started with these code bans.

Yeah that was pretty low bonuses to even if your losses ar not that big. Then I dont know. Maybe cause its a bit low wager in a month. But still sad they started with the bans.

Every day but you "only" lost 130$, so u only deposited peanuts actually. Also, I have NEVER gotten any rain because I dont hang out in the chat. Maybe you got too much free money compared to your gameplay, thats how they explain it.
