Lost 20k in 1 week and got 20$ weekly?

Hello what happened to the site it used to give atleast some descent rake backs but since last monthly i have seen the  site has stopped giving anything descent i am down 20k this month my monthly stats are -21405$ and i lost like 14k 4 days ago but when i claimed the weekly i only got 20$ i am platinum 2 i even went to live chat and they said i am not eligible for any promotion or any kind of loss back or rack back. The monthly i had gotten for being negative 16k before i binged my life savings was also like 130$ i had a wagger of 200k+ last month. I already lost everything but wanted to keep the gambler dream alive by atleast getting like 500-1k back but was so pissed when i saw 20$ as weekly.

The bonuses are most from me Reaching Platinum 2 with 15k lose they added 600$ rest of the things are my Reloads of 15$ every day for 30 days but my weekly and monthly was dog shit i dont deserve 20$ weekly

i dont know why its not showing 20k but i had balance of 22000 USDT in binance and i only use Binance to gamble and now i am at 0$ and only gambled on stake.

i also gamble on shuffle.com and they have Lossback request option where the staff adds 5% of your loss back on your account i am considering shifting permanently as stake is just on taking mode and the rake back/weekly and monthly have become dog shit.
