Raredz Posted September 22, 2024 #1 Posted September 22, 2024 I have played Poker for 6 years on different sites without any issues. I played 3-4 days in Stake Poker, and I got blocked by administration. They say that I may have violated sections 1.3 and/or 1.4 in their Poker terms but they refuse to elaborate more and give specific reason. They also refuse to investigate it again since I read the sections 1.3 and 1.4 in their terms and I found that I have not violated those. I have tried to contact them every way possible, but their only answer is that "team in charge made the decision and they don't have any information about it". How is it possible that Stake can't have a discussion about this and solve the issue when its clear that I have not violated those terms. Im mass volume player and I rake tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands per year on a sites I play. I really enjoyed Stake Poker and I imagine relationship between us would be mutually beneficial. Only thing I'm hoping that Stake would have a discussion and have a look at this again. I feel that their systems have given a false flag about me. I played 6-9 tables at their Poker and all of a sudden they give a message to me saying I'm blocked. Luis804, Aqeel Ahmed and zygmunt12 1 2

Raredz Posted September 26, 2024 Author #5 Posted September 26, 2024 I have to give some good feedback towards Stake after all the criticism. They did contact me and this issue is finally solved. Thank you. So this is end of this matter for me. haridevrudra 1

Guima Posted October 27, 2024 #7 Posted October 27, 2024 I have the same problem, where did they contact you?
CTOUF12 Posted November 11, 2024 #8 Posted November 11, 2024 (edited) I also got banned recently. At first I was surprised because I was playing poorly but then I checked someone elses support message that was posted here and it included mentioned, among other things, something called "whipsawing". It implies colluding with another player - which I definitely wasn't doing. However, when I tried reasoning my ban out in my head this was the best I could come up with: There was a very loose player at my table that would raise every single hand, and oftentimes I would simply limp in and then re-raise him preflop. I wonder if it's possible that this was just a lazily implemented auto detection measure that banned me simply for re-raising too often in such a spot. Otherwise it's hard to see because I was 100% playing sub-optimal poker. Edited November 11, 2024 by CTOUF12 typo
