Cheating by giving promotions

Stake sent me an offer last week that wager 50$ and get 10$ free. I wagered in 24 hrs, but till today they didn't give that 10$, I complain several times through live support,  but no action taken.

Stake support will polity inform ypu that they do not pffer these promotions due to the platform being a crypto casino not a sweeps casino. Theres too many variables and steep/risky of crypto price fluctuations for them to be able to offer such promotions.
