Why can't I view English chat, can someone clarify

If you are an Indian, you are blocked from viewing or chatting in English chat. Because we Indians are spammy and beg a lot everywhere we go. Not at all the Indians, but most of them beg for money  and create spam, so Stake decided to ban Indian users to access English chatroom

Yes, its been more than a month we cant access English chat. But in our local chatroom, people still continue to beg , so Stake has done right thing. Atleast Eng chat is less spammy now.
