Rainbot adjustment suggestion

I’d like to propose an adjustment to the current rainbot system in the country-based chat rooms.

I suggest making rains a "benefit" for players starting at the Platinum I level, similar to how VIP hosts are offered to those above Platinum IV.

This change would help prevent alt accounts and bots from farming rains, as it would require players to reach a certain level of commitment and engagement to benefit from this feature. By doing so, we can foster a more active and genuine community, ensuring that rains serve their intended purpose of rewarding loyal players.

I believe this adjustment could enhance the overall experience for everyone involved.
