How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

On an average I spend somewhere close to 5-6 hours on chat though most of it is in reading through the messages of other stake users and recently when there was a payment glitch on the portal, numerous stake users were complaining about it but I dropped some messages to pacify them and assure them that the glitch must be down to some genuine reason and your money is safe, if you fear losing it in some random bets then you guys should deposit it in your vault and come back to withdraw it once the withdrawals are active.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

The role of a moderator comprises of multiple KRAs(Key responsibility areas) some of which is ensuring compliant and accurate information sharing as well as making sure that if there's an activity then we drive maximum participation with fair practices. A moderator is also responsible for facilitating the needs of the users and guiding them with answers to their questions. 

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Personally, I'm someone who is able to handle even the most complex and convoluted situations with ease and I think a moderator should know what to say in a forum that would address the most difficult questions in a simplified way. I'm also very capable of handling multiple escalations at the same time and since stake will only grow it's presence and add more and more users to its platform, it's imperative that a moderator should be able to cater to maximum user's needs and questions at the shortest possible time.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

Never in my life I've been warned, muted or banned because I never indulge in any sort of confrontation, argument or any conduct that can denounce me as a non civil person.

I've never had the opportunity to be a moderator on any other platform per se but I have a positive outlook to this role and I think I have the attributes required to do a stellar job being a moderator if given the opportunity. 

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

Absolutely, in fact I've worked with US clients in the past which required me to work late night as well as graveyard shift so the last thing I'd have a problem with is working night shift.
