     A moderator's role is to ensure a positive and welcoming chat environment for all Stakers. This involves tasks like, maintaining a safe environment comes first! Moderators enforce the chat rules, addressing disruptive behavior and promoting respectful interactions.

   A mod will help with answering questions They assist fellow Stakers with their inquiries about the platform, games, or promotions.

  Enhancing the experience:Moderators can spark engaging conversations and contribute to a fun, informative chat atmosphere and much more!

4) Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I'm a huge Stake fan, I have an immense passion for Stake. The excitement of seeing gamers wins! gambling in itself is entertainment but so is the Stake chat! the vibrant community keeps me coming back for more and i love the great, energetic and loyal community here. I believe my strong communication skills and passion for creating a positive environment would make me a valuable asset as a moderator. I'm comfortable mediating discussions, addressing concerns, and ensuring everyone feels welcome. In addition to enforcing the rules, I'd also enjoy fostering engaging conversations that enhance the overall chat experience for Stakers. Ultimately i love giving back especially when I am winning on stake haha but this is a different way of giving back, it's a way of keeping the community and environment friendly, inviting and safe thats why I'd love to be apart of the team!

    Yes, however I haven't had any recent infractions. In the past, I received a few warnings. I learned from the experience and always strive to maintain a respectful and compliant presence on the platform.

6) Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

     Yes, I've been a moderator on GTA RP serves and I am currently a mod for my previous employers form Apple inc. and who doesn't love iPhones hahaha jk but for the GTA rp sever i was a mod for 6 months and for apple since I've worked for them since 2018 so about  for 6 years. During this time, I honed my skills in managing online communities, resolving conflicts, and building positive user experiences, especially with the Apple forum, people are always having discussions or asking questions and i love it because i have a great passion for Apple, i have every apple device and i love helping people out or showing them cool feautres they can use and I just really love the Apple forum, I would love to bring that same energy here because i also do have a great passion for stake and the products that stake offers!

     Absolutely! I'm available to work various hours, including nights, to ensure effective chat moderation, a safe and welcoming environment

2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I don't spend much time on the chat for stake as I'm always involved with small streamers on twitch and kick and helping them engage with there chat on the platform and discord.

A Moderator is responsible for the facilitation, review, and guidance of a discussion or a debate and its related interactions. Moderators use a standard or guideline to ensure that all the content shared during a discussion or debate is appropriate and adheres to the company's rules. A moderator works online or in-person and ensures the space where the discussion or debate takes place is a positive and safe one that promotes good interaction within the guidelines.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I would love to be a moderator for stake as i have good experience in the gambling community. I have been through the good and the bad side of gambling and would like to use my time to ensure not just a positive chat but a chat that build's a good relationship with other players and help's the person they are interacting with stay's positive and ensure everyone is able to gamble within there limits and doesn't make any decisions that can ruin there personal life.

I was never muted, warned or banned in any chat platform especially on stake.

6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
I haven't work as a moderator on another platform but have been part of multiple communities helping small streamers who cant afford a moderator i would just be present in there streams engaging and making there chat nice and friendly but also a space where the community doesn't feel silenced.

7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
I am Prepared to work any hours when needed as i don't currently work over studying for a masters degree in cyber security but my course is completed on my own personal time.
