Chats always open. I'd say between an hour and 12 max. But I do keep it open 24/7 so that I can just click over and keep up with the community.

Keep peace between players. Keep chat civilized (as best as possible) but to mainly to ensure the compliance of the rules and regulations of websites, forums, streams etc. and to simply provide a safe, positive environment for customers to return while answering questions to the best of ones ability.
