Yes i have been muted before. But there is a difference between using a website for leasure and having to work as a job. I like to keep both things seperate. I am also a firm believer of "you do not poop where you eat" so i would make sure that i would do the best job i could to maintain the job and be on my best behaviour while doing so.

I have been a moderator for multiple streamers in the past but that has been quite some years ago. But i know how it works.

I love Stake and I believe becoming a moderator is the perfect role for me because of my experience as a social media marketer and community manager.  Since signing up on Stake, I have referred a number of users to the platforms and their experience has always been good. As a moderator,  I will continue to actively engage with other sports users and I am versed with most of the sports and understand how to engage with other users.

No. I don’t ever recall getting warned or banned being a discipline chat user.

No. But, I have worked as a community manager on Telegram chats.

On stake chat, not much. I spend most of my time on Discord, and Telegram chats.

To me, a mod is no different than a chatter. You want to become a person that everyone knows, you become friendly with everyone, you remember people by their names, you communicate with others about the subject in question (in this case: Sports). But, in my opinion, the biggest thing is not taking advantage of the “power” you have as a mod. A lot of people think the role of a mod is just to sit back and kick, timeout, and/or ban people because they have the power to do so. I personally feel that you let people speak their mind, until it crosses that barrier where a mod has to intervene. You want a chat to feel open, not restricted.

I just really enjoy Sports. I can (and do) listen and chat about Sports for hours on end on a daily basis. I wouldn’t be applying for this position if it was apart of a different chat category.

On Stake chat, no. On other platforms, yes. Never banned, but have been muted and/or kicked. It was never for a reason that was deserved.
