I try to stay active whenever I get the chance. I know that the chat engagement goes quickly and I always like to see the positivity among the community. 3. This is an involvement of monitoring the chat and the conversations to make sure that the community members are following the rules and guidelines of the chat. Part of the job in regards to keeping it positive is making sure that misconduct is addressed. Furthermore, moderators are also very knowledgeable in answering questions that the community may have. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I want to become a moderator on Stake specifically because I have 17 plus years of experience in the customer service industry and I have dealt with all kinds of people. I have adapted understanding where people come from and put myself in their shoes. The job of the moderator ranges from a wide set of tasks. Mainly maintaining a positive atmosphere in chat for all users, making sure chat rules are understood and followed, and guide and help users with questions or issues they may come across or if unable to help them forward them to the proper resource that could assist them. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? To gain experience in a new field & I am also a long time user of stake so it would feel very rewarding to contribute back in a different way such as chat moderator. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Absolutely (warned &muted, never banned) would be lying if I say other wise. But having been a user for 4 years, it's hard to avoid the occasional mute or warning. But if you check my records I don't believe my last mute or warning was anytime recent whatsoever nor is it a consistent occurrence (can probably count on one hand how many times I've been muted/warned) Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
