Urgent action needs to be taken against rain farmers/rain collectors

Hey @Eddie @SanjaT anyone who has the authority over the chats

Here in india chats, i think mostly in all chats a scam is going on where a single or a group of persons are collecting rains by spamming day and night making the chat quality low as well as stealing other people's oppurtunity to win rains.

even some mods are allowing these things and to my best of knowledge some mods are doing these scams

 

I will provide all proofs how these scammers are getting benifitted by these chat spam

@SanjaT look over this issue even these scammers are applying for mod position and daringly posting in telegram that they will steal all rains

Yes indeed, need to put restrictions on rains for even chance to everyone
