Like ,the giveaways that happen on forum here, you need atleast 10 post to reply to them and , also check their terms and conditions of each giveaway before joining or replying.

Can't calculate such things , but bonus is mainly focused on the ratio no. Of bets played , loss during the period and wager in the period of that week. 

Not stating that , this is correct but it's mostly assumed for the bonus calculation.
