Well Thailands largest chain "Major Cineplex" started to integrate cryptocurrency purchases. To make it possible Major Cineplex will work together with the Swiss payment company Rapidzpay, the Nation Multimedia reported. Major Cineplex won't only sell tickets for a Movie, they also make it able to buy Popcorn and such with cryptocurrencies. Until this very moment its unannounced which currencies the Major group will use, but in the iOS and Android Rapidzpay app are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin included. When we say Major Cineplex is the largest group in that business, we mean it. Major Cineplex was founded in December 1995 and lists 143 theaters throughout Thailand. 43 of the listed theaters are in the greater Bangkok area. Forbes reported in May last year that the company owns "678 screens, including 7 in Cambodia and 9 in Laos, and plans to expand to 1,000 screens by 2020,". In that group is Thailands largest multiplex Paragon Cineplex which has 16 screens and 5,000 seats. Enough mouths to feed and eyes to serve.
