na12363 Posted October 6, 2024 #1 Posted October 6, 2024 Was just playing poker when a message popped up saying that my account had been blocked by an Administrator (just from playing poker, no other games). I immediately reached out to live support, who told me that a team had "concluded that your playing style and behavior were not in alignment with our established terms of service" and that the team had "restrict[ed] your ability to play at the same table with certain players." When I tried to ask for further information, they said it was out of their jurisdiction and couldn't tell me. I then asked to speak with someone on the team that made the decision, or even a supervisor, but both of these requests were denied as well. Only possible thing I could think of is collusion, which I have never even considered doing. Never sent messages/chatted with anyone else, just played standard poker. Frustrated and confused, any support is greatly appreciated! Side note: In live support's message, they told me that I was "not prohibited from playing poker altogether; rather, the restriction applies specifically to interactions with certain players." However, after trying to join four different tables at different stakes (Some Omaha, some Hold 'Em), I wasn't allowed to join a single one. Tl;dr Banned from playing poker only, no explanation given by live support, and am apparently not allowed to speak with anyone that made the decision, or even a supervisor. Did not even chat with other players or take any actions except play legal poker. Any help is appreciated!

Kind regards, Sanja Sure, when I sent my message, it was before I was notified that the team in charge has been contacted. As you can probably see, I am still banned from Stake Poker without being given any reason why, and live support prevented me from speaking to a supervisor about the issue. Any support would be appreciated!
