Hi Stake Support Team and Fellow VIPs,

I’m writing to highlight a growing issue that’s affected those of us under Emina’s care since her indefinite leave began in early September. Prior to this, I was with Maja for over two years, and she consistently ensured that I was well-supported with bonuses and timely responses. Unfortunately, my experience since being transferred to Emina has been the complete opposite.

Since Emina went on leave, I’ve continued to wager a significant amount, yet I’ve been completely neglected. I’ve missed out on bonuses, including my Stake cake day, and the VIP Backup Host has been offering nothing but canned, dismissive responses that don’t address my concerns at all. The lack of effort is frustrating, especially for those of us who have been loyal players.

This situation isn’t just affecting me—I’m sure there are others who are also under Emina’s care who feel abandoned without proper support. I encourage other VIPs in this situation to share their experiences here as well, so Stake understands the full scope of this problem.

We’ve been patient, but this needs to be resolved. We deserve better support, even in our host’s absence.

Thanks,

Henkster

Hey Henkster,

I’m right there with you. It’s been a complete mess ever since Emina went on holiday for a week and then has been indefinitely ill ever since - it’s been almost a month now. Meanwhile, we’re just left hanging without proper support. The back up host is completely fucking useless and refuse to do anything to help. I am not getting the support I was used to.

There should be some kind of protocol in place for situations like this. If a host is unavailable for this long, there needs to be a better plan to support the VIPs. For example, why can't the back up host grant lossback if our 'host' has gone for weeks on end? Hope they take this seriously and start addressing the issue soon. It's a complete and utter joke.

Thanks for speaking up.

Glad I’m not the only one, it’s been a nightmare and I’m getting nothing. It’s bullshit, and the fact that it’s just indefinite is infuriating, it does not help that the backup host is super super rude too, hopefully this will get somebody’s attention.

I always wonder why have "backup host" if they can't do anything. Do they think people want to chat with a "host" or what!!? Because it appears chatting is all what the backup is able to do. If the main hosts falls ill, quits, family emergency, mandatory leave et al, has some valid reason preventing them from performing their normal duties, does it mean their vips' experience is kaput? The experience promised that goes over and above the normal support is thrown out like yesterdays garbage!!?

That also makes me wonder whether this bespoke bonuses are based on the mood of the host..Because if indeed they use a particular formula to calculate bonuses, which must be kept hush hush, won't the result be the same no matter who calculates it? Sure it will be different from player to player, but the result should be same whether Vučković or an intern calulates it. That way whaterver internal situation the company faces, it does not spill over to the punter. Someone else can step in and maintain the same level of experience. Unless ofcourse, the hosts do weigh in with other things outside the formula e.g  feelings/ mood. Hence make it impossible for any other person to step in for a mia host and perform the very same duties.

Yeo   @AleksandarG could you shed some light on this host situation and what can a backup host do?

The back up host can do reloads but absolutely nothing else. In my case, I always got a small percentage back of large deposits as a bonus if I lost it all. The back up refuses to do anything. If the back up host can't do a cake day bonus that's absolutely wild too. The back up claims they have no 'authority', the question is why not when our host has been MIA for almost a month.

Also, to your point mac about whether the hosts may do things related to feelings/mood, if that's the case then I'm screwed if and when Emina ever returns given that I gave my feedback.

I actually messaged my old host about this situation, who was great, and she said all the hosts work the same way. Well, the back up doesn't.

I gave Emina my feedback on the situation too and I did not hold back, I reached out to my old host too and I was blocked after I tried being polite and she wasn't responding to that, so Oops, but this situation needs to be resolved I've lost more this month than usual and haven't received shit......

It’s really bad, I got blocked by the backup host. so now I’m left with very little if any support, if this is how stake treats loyal daily depositors and people who’ve put millions into this site, I’m done.

What do you mean that your last post got deleted?

Hey bro,

I have a same situation to you, My original host was Maja as well, and after she finish her vacation, she just told me to reach another VIP host Emina.

But after I think all settle, She went on vacation again by coincidence. well I think I was 'Lucky' , two host go to vacation one by one lol. Now she need a further notice for back to work due to health issue.

And I just keep finding Backup host for reload and thats all. more things I want to request, he/she just said can't do such things unless Emina back....

This really make me a bad experience of vip host since when I just reach to platinum 4 last 2 month...

@anders1115

I can’t believe we’re dealing with the exact same thing. Honestly, I’m floored that Stake thinks it’s acceptable to leave high-tier VIPs in the lurch like this. You’d think with the amount of money and time we put into this platform, they’d have a solid backup system in place, but apparently not. It’s shocking, really, that they can just pass us off to whoever’s around and expect us to be satisfied with minimal support.

Having two hosts disappear one after the other with no proper plan in place is just ridiculous. The fact that they keep telling us to “wait for Emina” as if we’re supposed to sit tight indefinitely is beyond frustrating. They’re clearly dropping the ball here, and it’s insane that they think this is an acceptable way to treat people who’ve reached levels like Platinum 4 or Diamond.

I get that people need time off, but the total lack of communication and care for the experience they’re providing is honestly making me question how much they actually value us as players. You’re right—it’s been a terrible experience, and Stake needs to realize this is no way to manage their VIPs.

Let’s see if enough of us speaking up will finally make them address this.

Back up host said 'your host should be back tomorrow' while refusing to do anything for me after losing four figures. No guarantee she will be, but possible.

I have been COMPLETELY blocked on Telegram by the backup host, they are absurd....

Maan this is wild. Someone goes off and the whole experience stops. Then the one who is supposed to step in as backup... can't/ wont do anything? Regular support are looking so much better.

@henkster you even got blocked!!!? You are supposed to be getting stellar experience, much better than members who have wagered less.. but looks like it is the complete opposite. You are getting stellar 💩!

Is this what the future holds at Stake!? 😱

I don't really care if it's one or multiple people, it's clear they are not capable of handling VIP's. I've wagered a shit ton here and my experience with them has left a awful taste in my mouth. I will be reconsidering before EVER playing here again.

I think it's multiple people, so could have rubbed one person the wrong way. I've had mixed responses, some a little blunt, some positive and full of emojis. To be fair to them, they're following the policy, but it's a ridiculous policy.

As far as I'm concerned, if a host has to extend their planned leave for whatever reason, or if two weeks for example has passed, then the back up should have the ability to provide the same service that the host does. Or, better yet, just let them give the same service from day one. Why not? Host is on leave.

I hope they look at it after this situation.

The whole reason to move from support to a dedicated host is that dedicated support. A more cstomised expereince geared to the individual. It should not be comparable to support. Or be even worse than suport
